OKR, implemented by Andy Grove at Intel for the first time, has become very popular after its success at Google. John Doerr, one of Google’s early investors, learned about OKR from Andy Grove while at Intel. Believing that OKR brings success, John Doerr started using it at Google. What is OKR?

The concept of OKR consists of the initials of English words (Objectives and Key Results), which mean objectives and key results.
