You can use a sustainable feedback mechanism and enhance your employee engagement and efficiency. Accelerate business growth while achieving your company objectives in no time. Feedback obtained from employees at the same level is as valuable as managers’ feedback.

Employee engagement is based on the compatibility of the expectations of the people in the organization with the vision of the company. When employees believe that they can achieve their goals by improving themselves, they become happy with their work. In this way, as their companies win, their belief that they will win also increase.

According to studies, the motivation and performance of employees with workplace engagement are higher than other employees. Employees committed to their organization tend to be less absent and quit work.

The micromanagement style, in which managers tell employees what to do, how and in what order, leads to poor performance and motivation. With the next generation OKR system powered by artificial intelligence, Wokr, brings together various analyzes specific to your company. You can analyze who achieves their goals and who lags.

Accurate analysis replaces the inefficient micromanagement style with a flow of feedback, realistic personal goal setting, performance evaluation examples, and 360-degree performance reviews. Thanks to this structure, everyone from the lowest employee to the highest level manager has the opportunity to focus on the future instead of the past. Risk analyzes of your business processes aligned with individual targets allow you to detect and respond to problems before they occur.

Thanks to the analyzes offered by Wokr, you can determine the level that an employee at the beginning of his career can reach over the years, and you can follow the internal communication network by reaching the breakdown of the communication hierarchy. As soon as an OKR is created, you can calculate the probability that it will be achieved within the specified time. How about creating your demo request now to benefit from these analyzes and much more?

Managers discuss employee ratings with other managers at a calibration meeting. The goal is to find common ground that makes consistent employee performance evaluations possible. The aim here is to evaluate all employees in a fair and transparent way. This practice eliminates bias and inequality in the performance review process. You can enter the updated evaluations into the WOKR system.

With team objectives, you can allow your employees working in the same team to reach their goals together. You can create a transparent environment among teammates and provide an opportunity for employees working in different departments to get together. You can take joint action with the team you created and make observations.

With Wokr, you have the opportunity to be invited to the team OKRs by other employees to help you reach a goal. You can receive this invitation when the first goal is determined or achieving the goal. Remember that if this is not among your primary objectives, you can choose not to participate. You can either prioritize your other goals by putting the invitation on hold or attending the invitation at a more suitable time.

With team OKRs, you can stay informed about the available plan of each employee and provide instant feedback to your teammates to assist the continuity of their development. You can always establish solidarity with your employees and teams by achieving the impossibilities of remote working.

What is OKR?

OKR (Objectives and Key Results): It is a goal-setting framework to set accessible, realistic, and result-oriented objectives with measurable outcomes. With OKRs, you can set measurable goals and track progress. Moreover, you can boost employee engagement, performance, and competencies.

The first step of achieving a goal is to set tangible and measurable objectives. Realistic goals limited to a time frame bring along achievability. Objectives are statements of where we hope to end up. They should motivate and inspire both you and your coworkers. The goals of the organization should be reflected in the objectives, which should also give direction, create impact, emphasize quality over quantity, and reflect where we want to go.

Key Results are expressions that show how to reach Objectives. They should be easily measurable or clearly understandable statements. When different people read the same Key Result, they should understand exactly the same thing. The state of reaching the conclusion should not be open to discussion. Key Results must be compelling and further the aspirations of employees or teams for success.

You can specify measurable results in the Key Result (KR) field for each Objective (O),

You can instantly update your progress towards achieving the objectives through the system,

Through KR updates, you can see how far you have come following the objective you have set,

You can request help from your teammates by creating team OKRs.

Benefits of OKRs

Transparency. Creating a work environment in which each employee knows exactly what is expected from them, why and when, and at the same time can observe the objectives of their colleagues, managers and the company at large.

Сommon goals. Sharing goals develops creativity and innovation, brings people together and encourages them to openly discuss problems and results.

Prioritization. Identifying objectives, organizing them based on their urgency and allocating resources to accomplish the most important work for delivering maximum business value.

Flexibility. Working towards an objective with a non-rigid approach that offers employees spontaneity, allowing them to tackle issues as they come about and making necessary updates according to changing conditions.

Responsibility. Allowing all employees to be responsible for their own progress without being micromanaged, and more independent in their workflow. When teams are responsible for setting their OKRs, they are also more motivated to achieve better results.

Strong communication. Having open communication with employees impacts performance in a positive way enabling them to understand the goals and priorities of the organization as well as how each individual can contribute to the big picture.

Effective follow-up. Goal tracking motivates employees, allows them to ensure time and resources are used efficiently, and increases the chances of reaching the company’s most important strategic objectives.

Agility. Taking immediate action when necessary, easily adapting to change, increasing innovation and reducing risks.

Employee engagement. Connecting employees with the company’s objectives and increasing the loyalty of those who take responsibility, provide support and deliver results.

Productivity. Delivering efficient results and maximizing productivity by directing employees’ efforts and focusing on a limited number of priority goals.
