Our Story
Twiser is the fruit of an innovative idea that was born out of a deep understanding of the challenges organizations face in managing their talent efficiently. The vision was to create a holistic platform that could seamlessly integrate different aspects of talent management, empowering businesses to drive their success by optimizing their most valuable resource – their human capital.
As a result we created a set of flexible and customizable talent management tools that can be tailored to fit the needs of any organization, irrespective of its industry or size. Our platform offers a range of functionalities, from goal-setting with OKRs and competency evaluation, through performance management and development, to succession planning and learning strategies. These features can be adjusted to mirror the unique culture and processes of every company, allowing for a truly personalized approach to talent management.
