As TWISER BİLİŞİM DANIŞMANLIK TİCARET VE EĞİTİM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller” or “Company”), I confirm that I have been duly informed via the Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), regarding the name and identity of the data controller, the purposes for which my personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes my processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting my personal data. I also confirm that I have been informed by the Company about my right to withdraw this explicit consent at any time.

I hereby give my explicit consent for my personal data, included in the Communication Information category, obtained by filling out the form titled “Subscribe to Our Newsletter” on the Company’s website at the URL https://twiser.com/contact-us/, to be processed for the purposes of ensuring activities are carried out in compliance with the legislation, following and conducting legal affairs, conducting communication activities/audits, managing customer relationship processes, conducting activities aimed at customer satisfaction, conducting marketing analysis studies, managing advertising/campaign/promotion processes, conducting strategic planning activities, conducting marketing processes for products/services, and providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, and to be used for sending commercial electronic messages to my email account via email, under the principles and assurances determined within the scope of the Constitutional guarantees and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation.
